How to delete your account

You can delete your uyên.ai account and all associated data at any time.

What gets deleted?

Your account, every linked sign-in (Apple/Google/Facebook/email), Pro entitlement and synced trips are permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered. Dashcam footage and settings are stored on your iPhone — deleting the app removes them.

How to delete

1. Sign in at uyen.ai/login with your account email, open the Account page and tap "Permanently delete account".
2. Or email [email protected] from the address linked to your account — we process requests within 7 days.
