Terms of Use

By installing or using the uyên.ai app ("the app") by Sota Labs Technology Joint Stock Company ("we"), you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The service

uyên.ai is a driving-assistance app: distance to the vehicle ahead, collision/lane/speed-sign warnings, dashcam, a voice assistant and public traffic-camera viewing.

2. IMPORTANT — advisory tool only

• The app is NOT a certified ADAS and does not replace the driver's own observation and judgment.
• All figures (distance, speed, signs) are camera/GPS estimates WITH a margin of error; the app may miss events or warn incorrectly.
• The driver remains fully responsible for driving safely and complying with traffic law. The absence of a warning does not mean you are compliant.
• Never operate the phone while the vehicle is moving — use your voice.

3. Lawful use

You are responsible for ensuring that mounting the device, recording your drives and using the footage complies with applicable law, including other people's privacy. Do not use the app for unlawful purposes.

4. No warranty & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" during the beta period, without warranties of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the app — including accidents, administrative fines or data loss.

5. Intellectual property

The app, the uyên.ai brand and related content are our property. The data you create (videos, photos, trips) is yours.

6. Subscriptions (applies when the Pro plan launches)

When the Pro plan launches, payment is processed by Apple; subscription terms follow the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement plus any additional terms published at that time.

7. Changes & termination

We may update the app and these terms; updates take effect when published on this page. We may discontinue part or all of the service during the beta period.
